Using the service
You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and use the service lawfully. You may not probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or use Alertz Me to violate another service's terms or the rights of others.
Alerts and third-party listings
Alertz Me monitors third-party sources and does not sell or own the listed products, vehicles, or properties. Listings can be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, removed, or changed. Always verify price, availability, condition, seller identity, and transaction terms on the source site.
No guarantee
The service is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted monitoring, delivery of every notification, a particular ranking, or that a listing will remain available. Alertz Me is not financial, property, vehicle, or legal advice.
Accounts and suspension
You may delete your account from the dashboard. Access may be limited or suspended to protect the service, comply with law, address misuse, or respond to third-party platform requirements.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Alertz Me is not responsible for indirect loss, missed listings, third-party transactions, source-site failures, or decisions made from alert data. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes
Features and these terms may change as the service evolves. Material changes will be posted with a revised date. Continued use after a change means the updated terms apply.
