How Alertz Me handles personal data when you use listing alerts.

Data we collect
We store account details such as your name, email address, password hash, and email verification status. We also store the alerts you create, listing matches, notification history, and delivery status. OAuth providers may supply a profile name, email address, and image when you choose social sign-in.
How we use data
We use this data to authenticate your account, run your saved searches, show matches, send requested notifications, secure the service, rate-limit misuse, and diagnose provider or delivery failures.
Service providers
Alertz Me may process data through its hosting and database providers, configured email provider, authentication providers, listing sources, and a webhook destination you explicitly add. Those providers process data under their own terms and privacy notices.
Retention and deletion
Account data is retained while your account is active and as needed for security, legal, and operational obligations. You can delete your account from the dashboard. Account deletion removes your alerts, matches, sessions, and notifications from the application database. Backups may retain deleted records until their scheduled expiry.
Your choices
You can edit or delete alerts, remove notifications, stop optional notification channels, or delete your account. For privacy questions or requests that cannot be completed in the product, contact the service operator through the published support channel.
Security and changes
We use password hashing, one-time account tokens, access controls, and encrypted HTTPS transport. No service can guarantee absolute security. Material changes to this policy will be posted on this page with a revised date.
